Competition Rules:

All competitions will be held according to the latest Inline Freestyle Rulebook.

Registration Deadline:

Registration remains open until 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event or until the maximum number of participants is reached.

Participation Limit & Competition Grouping

For organizational reasons, we have to limit the number of participants to 36.
A maximum of 16 can compete in each discipline and category (age/gender). Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

If there are fewer than 4 registrations for a specific discipline and category (age/gender), the categories will be merged. The final competition grouping will be determined on the day of the event based on the actual field of participants.

Age Categories:

The age category is determined by the age the participant reaches during the competition's calendar year, regardless of their actual birthday. For an event in 2026, this means:

Senior: 2007 or earlier
Junior U19: 2008 - 2011
Junior U15: 2012 - 2016
Junior U10: 2017 or later

Participants under the age of 10 are welcome, though they are not yet included in the World Skate rankings.

WS-ID

You can find your WS-ID in the Full list of skaters or in the current Worldranking. If you do not yet have a WS-ID, please enter your previous WSSA-ID. If, as a beginner, you do not have either, please enter XXX.

Freestyle Classic Music

If you're participating in the Freestyle Classic, we need your music 3 days in advance (as an mp3 file, 105-120 sec = 1 min 45 sec – 2 min), named according to this format: firstname-lastname.mp3.

If the music is not received before the deadline, the organizer cannot guarantee participation in the “Freestyle Classic” competition.

No Participation Fee

There is no participation fee for this event. Snacks and drinks for the participants will be available on the spot.

I take part in the "Battle of Baden" event at my own risk. I release the organizers of the event and the owners of the properties with which the event takes place from any liability. I am aware that the organizer assumes no liability for the loss or damage to my own items.

I declare that I am sufficiently healthy and that I am in sufficient training. I agree to get excluded of the event, if I don't follow the instructions of the event organizers concerning the risk of harming myself or others. I am completely responsible for the proper condition and for wearing my own protective equipment.

I expressly confirm the accuracy of all the data I have provided. I consent to the personal data collected being processed and stored on the Internet for the purpose of registering and posting the results.

I agree that the photos, film recordings and interviews taken in connection with my participation in the event will be disseminated and published on radio, television, print media, internet etc. without entitlement to remuneration.

Each participant has to be considerate of all other participants and spectators and is always responsible for his own actions. The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation in individual cases without giving reasons.
